FindCoach
Where transformative coaching connections happen. A curated directory of qualified coaches across six disciplines, built so the right client finds the right coach with less friction and more clarity than the directories that came before it.
What I walked into
Coaching is a human discipline that got turned into a keyword-density contest. Directories ranked profiles by SEO weight, not by fit. Clients looking for a real coach ended up funneled through intake forms that treated them like leads before they were treated like people.
Coaches with fifteen years of craft sat next to coaches who finished a weekend program. Both sides were frustrated. Neither side had a real alternative.
What FindCoach is
A curated directory organized by the six coaching disciplines that actually map to how people search: executive, career, life, team, entrepreneurship, and interpersonal. Each coach is vetted before they are listed. Profiles read like the coach wrote them, because the coach wrote them.
The thesis underneath: quality is already scarce. The platform should reduce friction to that quality, not add another intake layer.
Who it is for
People seeking a coach
Executives, leaders, career changers, entrepreneurs, teams, and people working on interpersonal growth who want a qualified coach without a matchmaking algorithm in the middle.
Qualified coaches
Vetted coaches who want a platform that lets their work and voice do the work, not a profile ranked by keyword stuffing.
Key moves
Six disciplines, clearly defined. Instead of an open-ended search, the directory is organized by the coaching categories people actually search for. The taxonomy does most of the matching work.
Coach-authored profiles. Each coach tells their own story, in their own voice, with real methodology. Clients read, decide, and book the consultation.
Editorial content engine. Articles on every coaching discipline support search visibility and help clients understand what they are actually looking for before they ever reach a profile.
Quality is already scarce. The platform should reduce friction to the quality, not add another intake layer.
If this is where you are
Coaches and clients belong at FindCoach.
If you are a coach tired of the directory economy, or a client who already knows what they want and does not want to pass through a funnel to see a face, this is the one built for the conversation to actually start.
