I grew up in ministry. Did community development work in South Africa. Ended up in Boston, building platforms and consulting across sectors I was never supposed to understand simultaneously.
At some point, the patterns became impossible to ignore.
A church. A clinic. A school district. A startup. Different language. Same load-bearing walls failing in the same places.
I show leaders the architecture underneath the vision. The invisible structure running their organization whether anyone has named it or not. I translate between sectors that don't know they're solving each other's problems. And I build infrastructure that outlives my involvement.
If you can see exactly where your organization needs to go but nobody around you can see it too, I understand.
